great location but needs better attention to cleanliness
The location is fantastic, just a few blocks from busy streets and ferry terminals. It offered a good breakfast with affordable prices, which made mornings easy. Plenty of parking space was available, making it convenient for my rented golf cart. The lake view from my room was something I truly appreciated as well, providing a calming backdrop.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Budget Double Room. The place was really clean, and I enjoyed the hot shower with great water pressure. Watching the sunset from the nearby docks was a highlight. The breakfast burritos at the on-site restaurant were tasty!

The stairs to the terrace felt unsafe!!! The main stairs had a large bottom step that was a hard work!!! Outdated room and bathroom renovations desperately needed!!!

Had a spacious family room with two double beds and a bunk bed. The AC and ceiling fans kept it cool. Small fridge and coffee maker were handy. Enjoyed the clean swimming pool with loungers. Location was great, just 10 mins walk from the ferry. Staff were nice, and check-in was easy.

The room was big enough for two with two separate beds, which was convenient. Bathroom was clean and had decent space. The hangers on the rack were really helpful for wet swimsuits and travel clothes! AC worked fine, but the bed wasn't super comfy, a little on the hard side. Overall, it was decent but I expected better for the price. Enjoyed the rooftop sunsets more than the room itself!
